The Rooms at Boot & Shoe Cottage - for 4 (or 6) guests Relax in the atmospheric sitting room, with its open fire, rustic furnishings and comfy sofas and view over the front garden and fields.  There are masses of books and games, videos and DVDs and maps and information on the local area.. A utility room and extra WC are also on the ground floor. Enjoy your meals whilst watching the River Tees. The fully equipped kitchen / dining room has a wood burning stove and French windows opening on to the garden, with barbecue and steps down to the river. You will receive a "welcome hamper" on arrival and frozen meals can be ordered in advance. Upstairs are two bedrooms - a large double bedroom and an attic-style bedroom with one standard and one small (2' 6") single beds. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and WC. An adjoining twin bedroom and en-suite bathroom are available for extra guests, if required.
